What Ana & Joel Expect of You

• DEDICATION, HARD WORK, POSITIVE ATTITUDE, AND DETERMINATION! With the right guidance and the right dedication, anything is possible!

What to Bring

• PACK LIGHT!!!!!  We Cannot stress this enough.  You will have limited space.  Coin operated washers and dryers are located to the rear of the Ataloa Service Building. If you prefer to go off-site, there are several Laundromats available in Old Orchard
  Beach and Saco. Check in the office for locations and times of operation.
• Please keep in mind as you pack that days may be very hot, and evenings may be quite cool.  Don't forget to pack a sweater and jacket for night and a bathing suit for the pool/beach.
• Comfortable clothing & sweats.  Sweats are great.  YOU WILL SWEAT!! Ladies, leggings are particularly ideal so that Ana can see your lines.  Guys, no baggy pants so we can see your footwork.
• Jazz Shoes & Suede Heels.
• Toiletries, including soap, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, comb, brush, face cloth and towel, tissues.
• Snacks, granola bars, munchies for in between snacks to get you through the week.  Breakfast, lunch, & dinner will be provided, but bring some goodies just in case you'd like your own snacks.  The Camp store is open every afternoon, and has gifts, snacks and clothing available.
• Sheets for twin size bed (queen size for private rooms). There is a limited amount (40) to rent for $10.
• Towels, although these are included in the rental package.
• Flashlight & batteries for late night wanderings.
• Sunscreen & Insect Repellant (non-aerosal) will ensure a pleasant week.
• Pack an umbrella should it rain.  You never know.
• Book or reading materials, crossword puzzles, knitting supplies or anything you like to do on your downtime.
• Don't forget your cameras for memories!
• For all guests flying in, Masacote will arrange transportation from Boston Logan Airport (BOS) to the retreat location and back to Boston Saturday.  Bus will leave airport at exactly 2:00pm on the 19th and retreat location at exactly 9:00am on the 25th.  Guests are responsible for transportation back to airport Sunday from Boston hotel.  Masacote is not responsible for any missed flights which will require attendee to find his/her own transportation to the retreat location from Boston.  Contact Ana to make arrangements: infomasacote@gmail.com
